Located in the kitchen of our modern converted van, our Dragon wood-fired oven is fuelled by low smoke, sustainable hardwoods – perfect for making pizzas and other wood-fired dishes at a cooking temperature of around 400 degrees Celsius.

All our pizzas are freshly prepared by our team in our mobile kitchen. We cater for all tastes – from regular to gluten free doughs, ‘full fat’ to lower calorie toppings, we are open to all ideas (within reason!). Just tell us what you want and we will see if we can oblige.
